Social Media Manager

As the social media manager of IO Ready, my tasks include a range of creative activities. I am co-responsible for planning, designing and producing IO Ready's social media content, in particular the recently launched IR Events series and some other forthcoming initiatives (stay tuned!).
After completing the early career coaching programme with Wiola, I wanted to pursue my learning journey and joining IO Ready as a volunteer allows me to achieve these goals. What I love the most about my role as a social media manager is that it gives me the chance to develop new communication skills and explore content creation tools - all while supporting fellow students and young graduates to better navigate the world of IOs!

My main activity as a Newsletter Manager is creating, designing, and promoting the IO Ready Newsletter, which I am super excited to share with you. Wiola and I worked really hard to make sure that this Newsletter meets all your needs and expectations. We hope you like it.
I'm an IO Ready Career Coaching Programme alumna. I loved how it helped me build and strategize my career plan. Plus, Wiola is just the best person ever to work with! She inspired me to contribute to IO Ready's activities as a volunteer. Being the Newsletter Manager gives me a chance to put my communication, writing, and organizational skills into practice, and working with Wiola is always a blast, she's super supportive and gives me the freedom to grow and learn.I am happy to give back to the community as a volunteer for IO Ready and help young professionals have access to crucial information for their career building. I believe that with dedication and the right guidance, anyone can achieve their career goals!

As a Business Advisor for IO Ready, I am responsible for conducting market research and identifying potential strategic plans. Concretely, through performing business and social media analyses, my role is to understand the needs of those attempting to enter the challenging field of international organizations and determine how IO Ready can assist them in achieving their ambitions and objectives.
I wanted to join IO Ready as a volunteer to have the opportunity to further develop my business and social media skills and to interact with Wiola and other wonderful professionals who serve as a source of inspiration for me. Finally, what I love about being a volunteer for IO Ready is having the chance to identify the challenges that we all face in this field and to explore possible solutions. IO Ready has reminded me that it is also possible to create a community of people within a field that sometimes seems just too difficult and highly competitive!

I joined IO Ready as a volunteer because I not only wanted to strengthen my skills and management experience, but I also wanted to give back to the program that made me a stronger and more competitive candidate. Also, working with Wiola is such a pleasure!
I really enjoy volunteering for IO Ready because I can continue evolving my skills and experience in my early career.
